From client management at TVNZ to leadership positions within major television networks in Australia and Canada, my journey has been one of continuous professional development and adaptation.

Beyond my professional roles, I have dedicated myself to studying coaching techniques and mentoring teams, enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency. My background in recruitment and as a professional CV writer has given me a close familiarity with the job market, enriching my ability to guide colleagues through career transitions effectively. Having navigated several organisational changes myself, I understand the challenges they pose and the resilience required to navigate them.
